To check whether these actions are in line with the expectations of our professionals, every year we carry out a Climate Survey, a tool that allows us to measure the level of satisfaction of our internal public. In 2019, we sought the support of <b>GPTW<\/b> to carry out this survey and, after completing the process, we received the <b>Great Place to Work<\/b> certification.<\/p>\n<p>We had a participation of over 90% of Altus' total audience during the survey, which demonstrates our team's engagement with the initiative. During the analysis of the results, the consultancy identified a great alignment between Altus' values \u200b\u200band those of its employees, which is extremely important for the dissemination of the company's culture throughout all areas of the corporation.
