Last day of Distributech, the first technological event of the year

Nothing better than explore new territories to begin the year with the right foot! During the last three days, the city of San Antonio was our home in the United States while we were attending the Distributech Conference & Exhibition, a trade fair for the utilities segment (Power, O&G, Sanitation) focused on the North American market. With our own space next to the Apex-Brasil booth, we were able to present the Altus solutions to the approximately 15 thousand professionals who attended the event. Visitors had the opportunity to witness the high technology embedded in two of our major product series: Nexto programmable controllers and Hadron Xtorm remote terminal units.

In addition to demonstrating Altus products and solutions, the team that represented the company at the fair could also conduct a series of meetings and business roundtables to execute and prospect new partnerships and opportunities in the North American market.

Incursion to the American market

The participation at the event is part of Altus international expansion plan, which has started in 2016. Last year, Nexto products were awarded with the UL certification, which made them be in conformity with Underwriters Laboratories safety standards. The certificate is an obliged requirement for the exports of Altus products to the United States, which enables the company to explore the northern hemisphere and reinforces Altus concept as a world-class product.
