Because we have Happy People as one of the values that underlie each and every one of our actions, we, here at Altus, always seek to improve the company's environment to increase the feeling of happiness of our employees. To check whether these actions are in line with the expectations of our professionals, every year we carry out a Climate Survey, a tool that allows us to measure the level of satisfaction of our internal public. In 2019, we sought the support of GPTW to carry out this survey and, after completing the process, we received the Great Place to Work certification.
We had a participation of over 90% of Altus' total audience during the survey, which demonstrates our team's engagement with the initiative. During the analysis of the results, the consultancy identified a great alignment between Altus' values and those of its employees, which is extremely important for the dissemination of the company's culture throughout all areas of the corporation. The research also highlighted the balance between personal and professional life, development opportunities, a welcoming environment and freedom as the most relevant factors for people who work at Altus.
