Mundo Novo WWTP

Sistema de desidratação de lodos

A Altus foi responsável por especificar e desenvolver o projeto de automação do sistema de desidratação de lodos da ETE Novo Mundo, empreendimento integrante do Programa de Despoluição do Rio Tietê, conduzido pela Sabesp.

Com esse projeto, a Altus reforça sua atuação no setor de saneamento ambiental, entregando tecnologia nacional de alta confiabilidade para iniciativas que promovem a recuperação de recursos hídricos.

Automação do sistema de desidratação de lodos

O sistema fornecido pela Altus para a ETE Novo Mundo atua como interface entre os equipamentos responsáveis pela desidratação mecânica do lodo, processo realizado por meio de filtros prensa.

A solução é composta por um CLP montado em painel, responsável pelo controle das etapas do processo, e por um sistema supervisório, que possibilita o monitoramento em tempo real, a operação remota e a análise dos dados do sistema. Um dos diferenciais do projeto é o gateway de comunicação, que, além de fazer a ponte entre o CLP e o sistema supervisório, também possui a capacidade de interfacear essa nova solução à rede de processo já existente na ETE, infraestrutura também desenvolvida e fornecida anteriormente pela Altus.
