DCS Modernization

A arquitetura típica de uma UAC nas Unidades Geradoras 01 e 02 é composta por 01 bastidor principal HX9003 de 18 posições que contém 02 fontes redundantes de 125Vcc HX8320, 02 processadores redundantes HX3040 – que comunicam com os supervisórios local e remoto através do protocolo IEC 104 – 11 cartões de entrada digital 125Vcc HX1120 com 32 entradas digitais cada e 02 cartões de saída digital 125Vcc HX2320, com 16 saídas cada. O segundo bastidor, modelo HX9001 de 09 posições, possui 02 fontes HX8320, que fazem a conexão com os outros bastidores via 02 cabos ethernet, possui 02 cartões analógicos HX6000, que podem ser configurados com entrada a corrente ou tensão com 16 entradas cada, 03 módulos de entrada RTD HX6020, com 08 entradas cada. Each HX3040 CPU is connected to the Ethernet port on the network switches installed in the UCPS Panel. These CPUs receive SNTP synchronization through the REASON GPS provided by Light. They also receive MODBUS-RTU signals from the GE PQM II Power Meter via the AL-2600 serial splitter. The main GE protection relay for the generating unit communicates with the UAC using the DNP3 protocol, with the relays connected to the switches installed in the UCPS Panel.
As Unidades de Automação de Campo (UACs) contam com duas CPUs redundantes, cada uma conectada aos dois switches de acesso em topologia de estrela dupla, o que garante roteamento automático em caso de falha, segregação do tráfego crítico de controle do de monitoramento, aplicação de políticas independentes de VLAN e segurança, além de facilitar diagnósticos via SNMP e a adição de novas unidades sem interromper a operação.
- Troca dos CLPs das UAC s UG1, UG2, SE e SA pelas UTRs da Série HX, instaladas em placa de montagem. Todas as lógicas atualmente existentes foram portadas para o novo controlador - Fornecimento de switches para montagem da rede em estrela - Fornecimento de relé de sincronismo para as duas linhas existentes na subestação - Fornecimento de servidor padrão rack 19”
- Development of Executive and Software projects - Integration with the existing water intake UAC, provided by Altus, via a multimode fiber optic connection, with at least one spare pair, integrated through the DNP3 protocol - Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and on-site commissioning of the supplied system - Maintenance and Operation Training - Documentation updates, including revisions to the plant’s documentation reflecting the new system implementation
