Beyond offering robust equipment for large-scale applications, the programmable controllers in the Nexto Series are also equipped with CPUs and I/O modules specifically designed for small to mid-sized systems.
Compact and versatile, the NJ modules are ideal for space-constrained solutions, providing flexibility, reliable performance, and ease of integration with other Nexto products.

The digital I/O options make this series an extremely versatile, safe, and space-saving solution. Each 18mm-wide module supports 16 points, with source type digital outputs and sink/source inputs that are opto-isolated and optimized for 24 Vdc operation. The analog options are available in different configurations, including voltage and current inputs/outputs, as well as options for temperature measurement using RTD (Resistance Temperature Detectors) sensors and thermocouples. The series also includes a mixed voltage/current module with 12-bit resolution. Each module supports individual channel configurations, allowing you to customize parameters such as scales, sensor types, and filters through the MasterTool IEC XE programming software.
NJ1001 module offers 16 isolated source/sink inputs for general use and occupies only one slot on the rack.
NJ1005 mixed module offers 8 protected source-type digital outputs and 8 isolated source/sink digital inputs for general use and uses only one slot on the rack.
NJ2001 module offers 16 isolated outputs for general use and uses only one slot on the rack.
NJ6000 module offers eight individually configurable analog inputs for voltage or current and uses only one slot on the rack.
NJ6001 module offers 6 individually configurable analog voltage or current inputs, which allow for reading sensors, and uses only one slot on the rack.
NJ6005 mixed module offers 6 individually configurable analog voltage or current inputs and 4 analog voltage or current outputs, which allow for the reading and writing of sensors and actuators.
NJ6010 module has 8 analog thermocouple inputs that can be individually configured for different thermocouple types. This module also provides different temperature scales in Celsius or Fahrenheit.
NJ6011 module has 4 analog thermocouple inputs that can be individually configured for different thermocouple types. This module also provides different temperature scales in Celsius or Fahrenheit.
NJ6020 module offers 8 individually configurable analog inputs that allow for reading RTD-type (Resistance Temperature Detectors) temperature sensors, supporting a wide variety of sensors and resistance ranges, and uses only one slot on the rack.
NJ6100 module offers 4 individually configurable analog voltage or current outputs and uses only one slot on the rack.
NJ6101 module offers 4 individually configurable analog voltage or current outputs, which allow for writing to sensors and actuators, and uses only one slot on the rack.
