APT10 - Transmissor de pressão HART®

APT10 - HART® pressure transmitter

The APT10 is a high-performance capacitive pressure transmitter, fully digital, designed for differential, gauge, and absolute pressure measurements. It’s available in models for flange-level, remote seal, sanitary, and flow measurement applications. The APT10 operates on the HART 7 communication protocol, widely regarded as the industry standard for configuration, calibration, monitoring, and diagnostics in industrial automation.

This 2-wire transmitter features a multifunctional 5-digit rotatable LCD display with a bargraph and local adjustment via magnetic key. It offers 7 pressure ranges from 765 mmH2O to 210 kgf/cm², 2 accuracy classes, and a fast response time of 50 ms. Additional features include totalization with persistence, an internal transient protector, microprocessed sensors with onboard pressure and temperature compensation, and a remote sensor for use in high-vibration and high-temperature areas. The transmitter's 200:1 rangeability provides flexibility for a wide range of applications.

The APT11 Pressure Transmitter is a cutting-edge solution for pressure measurement in industrial environments. Leveraging high-performance piezoresistive silicon technology, this device delivers exceptional accuracy and reliability for both gauge and absolute pressure measurements. Available in flange-mount, remote seal, and sanitary models, the APT11 is adaptable to a wide variety of applications.

One of the standout features of the APT11 is its digital communication via the HART 7 protocol, a leading standard in industrial automation for configuration, calibration, monitoring, and diagnostics. The transmitter is equipped with a 5-digit rotatable LCD display, including a bargraph and local adjustment via magnetic key, providing operators with an intuitive and user-friendly interface.

The APT11 also supports 6 pressure ranges, spanning from 6 kPa to 40 MPa, with 2 accuracy classes and a remarkable 50 ms response time. Its totalization with persistence, combined with an internal transient protector, ensures reliable and consistent performance even in challenging conditions.

Additionally, the APT11’s microprocesses sensors come with onboard pressure and temperature compensation, offering precise and stable measurements over time. With 200:1 rangeability, this transmitter is perfectly suited for demanding industrial applications that require both high performance and reliability.

ADL10 - Pressure, density, level, and flow transmitter with HART®

The ADL10 is a pressure transmitter featuring an electronic seal, designed for differential pressure, level, flow, and density measurements using HART technology. It is equipped with two intelligent, microprocesses capacitive sensors connected by an electronic seal, enabling safe operation and outstanding field performance. With integrated pressure and temperature compensation, the ADL10 ensures accurate and stable readings in the most demanding environments.

Engineered with the latest electronic components and high-quality materials, the ADL10 prioritizes performance and durability, guaranteeing long-term reliability for systems of any size.

This 2-wire transmitter operates on HART 7 and is equipped with a multifunctional 5-digit rotatable LCD display with a bargraph and local adjustment via magnetic key. It offers 5 pressure ranges from 765 mmH2O to 21 kgf/cm², ± 0.075% accuracy, and a 100 ms response time. The transmitter also includes totalization with persistence, an internal transient protector, and microprocessed sensors with onboard pressure and temperature compensation.
