HART can be used in applications across various industrial segments, even in hazardous environments. The protocol operates according to the Master-Slave standard, meaning the field instrument will only send information when it receives a request from the control system.
HART stands out for having the following characteristics: compatibility with analog instrumentation, point-to-point or multidrop communication option, analog signal and digital communication, 500 ms response time (with up to two transactions), compatibility with products and other protocols from various suppliers, and much more.
Just like leaf-cutter ants, which use ground vibrations to precisely orient themselves across steppes and savannas, your business also demands highly precise devices to monitor performance and adjust critical points in production processes.
The Atta Series of instruments with HART® technology offers a complete line including pressure transmitters, temperature transmitters, and valve positioners, in addition to software and accessories developed to efficiently meet field instrumentation demands, ensuring greater control, reliability, and performance for your operation.
The ATP10 position transmitter is engineered to monitor linear and rotary displacement systems, such as valve actuators. Its primary function is to calculate the correct positioning of the system based on user-defined configurations and calibrations, with outputs available via digital communication and a 4 to 20 mA analog signal.
The ATP10 stands out due to its wide-ranging configuration options, making it adaptable to various environments and measurement needs. By utilizing the HART 7 communication protocol, it ensures reliable and efficient communication within industrial systems, along with configurable alarms for operational limits.
Key features include a non-contact magnetic sensor for durability and precision, along with a 5-digit, multifunctional LCD that rotates and includes a bargraph and position histogram for easy, intuitive data visualization. For high-vibration and high-temperature applications, the ATP10 offers a remote position sensor to ensure consistent performance in demanding conditions.
The AVP10 valve positioner is designed to control linear or rotary valve actuators with precision and reliability. Its straightforward installation and commissioning make it compatible with various valve types, regardless of action (single or double) or size.
One of the standout features of the AVP10 is its HART 7 communication protocol, which ensures seamless integration with industrial control systems. In addition, its advanced electronic coil technology, paired with a non-contact Hall effect position sensor, guarantees stable and reliable performance.
Designed to meet the needs of most valves and actuators, the AVP10 offers features like automatic position calibration and PID auto-tuning, ensuring optimal performance. It supports linear actuator strokes from 3 to 100 mm and rotary actuators with ranges from 30 to 120°, while its built-in advanced diagnostics make it a versatile and robust choice for demanding industrial applications.
