Primeiro integrante da 5ª geração de controladores programáveis da Altus, o Nexto XF é um CLP modular projetado para atender indústrias, fabricantes de máquinas e todos os tipos de processos automatizados.

Com hardware robusto e recursos avançados de software, os produtos da Linha XF podem ser utilizados como controladores independentes em aplicações de edge computing ou combinados com módulos I/O para atuar como processador de dados remoto em sistemas distribuídos.

The ideal micro solution for your industry

As CPUs XF possuem alta densidade de E/S embarcados – até 44 pontos, dependendo do modelo. Para aplicações que exigem mais entradas e saídas, as CPUs permitem expansão de até 16 módulos de E/S no barramento local. Projetadas para ambientes altamente conectados, as CPUs XF possuem 2 interfaces Ethernet, 1 porta serial RS-485, 1 porta CAN, 1 porta USB e 1 interface para cartão microSD, suportando diversos protocolos de comunicação.

Para dar ainda mais flexibilidade e agilidade ao desenvolvimento de aplicações de pequeno e médio porte, a CPU XF325-W também conta com Webserver (Webvisu) embarcado, um recurso para criação de telas de supervisão e monitoramento, desenvolvidos diretamente no Mastertool, software gratuito de programação baseado em CODESYS.

Connectivity and flexibility

The series features 2 10/100 Mbps Ethernet ports, an RS-485 serial interface, a CAN port, a USB Host (V2.0), and a microSD card interface, ensuring compatibility with different architectures and allowing integration with existing or expanding applications.

Ready for IIoT

The CPUs support a comprehensive set of communication protocols, such as OPC UA, MQTT, EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, EtherCAT, MODBUS (TCP and RTU), CANopen, SAE J1939, FTP, SNMP, OpenVPN, RSTP, and MRP for integration with cloud solutions, IIoT applications, and data analysis platforms.

Reliability

The CPUs undergo a rigorous conformal coating process, which applies a non-conductive protective layer over the printed circuit boards to defend components against corrosion, humidity, sea spray, extreme temperature variations, and chemical substances.

UX

Embedded Webserver that allows for data analysis and the creation of supervision and monitoring screens directly on the equipment itself, using the new MasterTool X that will be launched soon.
