Nexto NX series

A broad range of I/O modules for diverse applications

NX Series offers a wide variety of I/O modules, communication interfaces, and special modules, providing more versatility, scalability, and flexibility for your control projects.

With this diversity of options, it's possible to customize and expand your applications as needed, ensuring efficiency, easy integration, and high performance in different industry segments.

Versatility and distributed control with NX I/O modules

NX Series of programmable controllers offers diverse options for digital, analog, and mixed I/O modules, with hot-swapping support, allowing for the replacement of modules without shutting down the system, which significantly reduces downtime for maintenance.

With a compact and modular design, the NX Series optimizes the use of space in the electrical panel thanks to the Double Hardware Width (DHW) feature, which allows for the intelligent combination of modules with 18 mm or 36 mm widths, ensuring flexibility in assembly and better use of the installation environment.

Amplie sua rede de controle com as cabeças remotas NX

Expand your control network with NX remote heads

Equipped with advanced features, the slave heads for MODBUS TCP and PROFIBUS DP networks extend the reach of architectures that use the NX Series I/O modules. Ideal for distributed systems, such as building automation, refrigeration, and sanitation, the products represent an excellent reduction in the cost of project development and implementation, since it is not necessary to have a CPU running in each of the application's processes; you just use the remote heads communicating with the central PLC's CPU.

Just like the other modules in the NX Series, the slave modules have local diagnostics and operational status checking via LED, a panel display, and the protocols' features. The remote heads also feature hot-swapping support for all I/O modules they have the capacity to support. The Series also has advanced features, such as One Touch Diag (OTD), Easy Plug System (EPS), and Multiple Block Storage (MBS).

Expansão de barramento e fácil substituição

Expandable bus and easy replacement

Built on deterministic Ethernet, the internal bus can be expanded across multiple remote racks without sacrificing performance. Up to 24 remote racks can be connected to the local rack, each capable of housing 24 modules, for a total of 320 I/O points per rack.

The series also features the Easy Plug System (EPS), a practical and safe mechanism for inserting and removing terminal blocks in input and output modules. No tools are required to handle the PLC.

Conformidade com as principais certificações

Compliant with global standards

Just like the series' CPUs, the remote heads, I/O modules, and other communication equipment in the family also meet the requirements of the main certifications in the global industrial market. In addition to being designed to meet the requirements of European directives (CE), the products also hold important international certifications.

The NX Series equipment holds the UL certificates, category NRAQ (governed by safety standards UL61010-1 and UL61010-2-201), granted by Underwriters Laboratories; DNV-GL, category Type Approval, provided by the DNV-GL Group; and EAC, classes TR004 and TR020, a requirement for the commercialization of electronic equipment in countries such as Russia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan.
